“There’s no money in poetry, but then there’s no poetry in money either.”
— Robert Graves

Hello lovely internet peoples!
Above all things I hope you are in love; that redemptive state that makes all things possible and bearable. I write to you from the lush woods of Pennsylvania. From girlhood to womanhood, I have been enamored with sweeping tales of great big worlds and their brave, passionate heroines. Through stories, I have always felt more alive. Bolder, more capable, and inspired.
I write now about spiritual fortitude, the divinity in nature, self actualization, and above all, love. I believe in magic and making your own fairytales. I want everyone to fall in love more. I hope my work helps people to do that.
How to Cure a Lonely Heart is my mission, an all encompassing umbrella thesis for everything I write and create. When people pick up anything I’ve made, I want them to feel more hopeful, joyful, and excited to be here than they were before. Even just a little bit.
Writing is an act of faith for me and reading is an act of generosity from you. To take time away from the never ending clangor of this world to sit in quiet contemplation requires such an investment of energy. I always want to give that energy back tenfold so in anything I write virtually, I often include resources like meditations, worksheets, recommendations, and activities I create from my experience as a yoga teacher and meditation guide. I hope for them to make space for love in your heart even after you are done reading, to create opportunities for you to throw down all that injures you and chase your brightest possibilities. Because that’s what love does. It heals the lonely heart; the plaguing weary numbness, the sharpest knife there is.
It’s a tall order, I know. But you gotta spend your time on something, right? I want to love people. That’s all I want to do here.
I love you!
